Please provide the following information

• Address
• Name
• Phone Number
• E-Mail Address
• The name and number of the items you wish to purchase

Each person can only participate in the lottery once per account.
Multiple entries from the same account or address will be invalid.
Please note that we do not accept international shipping for the three Hedoras.
You can apply for 6 types items at the same time. Please note that you can only apply once. Please note that you may not win all of the prizes if you request more than one kind, or you may win only some of the prizes.
If you would like to receive the product on the day of the event (the 3rd-anniversary event on December 18th), please indicate "I would like to receive the product on the day of the event" when you apply.

• The items will be sold by lottery.
• Winners will be sent an email.
• Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted by email.
• All entries from locked accounts will be invalid.
• Only one entry per person, per account will be accepted.
• Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, or Alipay.
• We do not accept payment by cash on delivery.
• Shipping costs will be charged separately.
• Payment must be made within one week of winning. If you miss the deadline, your order will be cancelled.
• We will not accept cancellations after winning.
• The items will be shipped from mid-December.
• Actual package specifications may differ from the pictures.
• It may take some time for the package to arrive for overseas customers.
• If you are a winner, you can pick up the package on December 18th, the day of Mandarake CoCoo's 3rd anniversary event in person.
• There will be no sales of the limited edition products at the Mandarake CoCoo store on Sunday, December 18th.
• You can also apply to participate in the lottery together with other limited products. (Only Hedorah and Hedorah 3 will not be shipped overseas.) If you participate in the drawing for Hedorah from overseas, your entry will be invalid.
