The second villain Spider-Man encounters at the beginning of his superhero career, Adrian Toomes is a former electronics engineer who manages to build a suit that allows him to fly with enormous wings designed like a vulture. This enables him to embark on a criminal career involving various thefts and shady dealings. One of the founding members of the Sinister Six.
