Points to Note

• Customers who can visit the store on the opening day must also apply in advance.
• Customers from distant locations, overseas customers, and those who cannot visit Mandarake Kyoto store in person are also eligible to apply.
• Customers who wish to pick up their items at the Kyoto store, please select the 'Pickup at Kyoto Store' checkbox.
• Sales will be conducted through advance lottery only.
• Each individual is allowed to participate in the lottery only once per account.
• Multiple entries with the same account or address will all be considered invalid.
• Applications from private accounts will not be accepted.
• Winners will receive a notification email.
• Please note that we will not send email notifications to those who are not selected.
• Cancellations after winning will not be accepted. Customers who cancel their orders will not be eligible for future transactions, including online sales with Mandarake.
• Payment methods accepted are credit card, Paypal, bank transfer (domestic only).
• Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments.
• Additional shipping fees may apply for overseas delivery.
• Only customers who have won the lottery will be directed to the dedicated payment page.
• Payment must be made within one week of receiving the payment page instructions.
• Please be aware that we will cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
• Product shipping is scheduled for mid to late October.
• The actual product and packaging specifications may differ from the photos.
• In-store pickup will be available from October 17th to October 20th. If you wish to pick up in-store, please make sure to visit during this period.
• Please note that failure to visit the store during this period will result in order cancellation.
• In-store pickups require in-store payment, so please be prepared for this.
• Please bring a photo ID with the same information as your application for confirmation. We will use this ID for verification before payment and product handover.
• You cannot change your selection between online purchase and in-store pickup for any reason after applying.
