Dealer Applications

The first application period will be from January 10, 2021 (Sun) 21:00 ~ February 21, 2021 (Sun) 23:59.
Payment of the participation fee will be done through the Mandarake online store.
Please complete your payment after completing the application.
Successfully selected applicants will be contacted by email after the application period.
If there are many applications, we may have to use a lottery system to select applicants. In this case those who have been unsuccessful will be refunded.

Venue Dealer Fee

10,000 yen + tax
1 1800mm x 450mm table + 2 chairs
3 dealer tickets

Venue Dealers - Points to Note

  • Mandarake Inc takes no legal responsibility for exhibitors, dealers nor their items.
  • Mandarake Inc is not responsible for sales or any troubles that may occur such as (but not limited to) cases of theft, robbery, accident, injury, item damage, loss etc.
  • Refunds will not be given should the event be canceled (including cancellation due to natural disasters and transportation strikes etc).
  • Once a fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded in the event of a dealer cancellation.
  • Booth positions cannot be reserved (we will take preferences into consideration, so please leave any preferences in the comment section when applying).
  • Dealers who would like two or more tables, please let us know how many you would like in the comment section when applying.
  • Flammable or dangerous items may not be used. Power sockets may also not be used.
  • Regarding copyrighted works, it is the responsibility of the dealer to obtain permission from the copyright holder before the event. Please note that we will not be able to get permission from copyright holders on your behalf.
