Entry Into The Venue

10:00～15:00 Pamphlet Sales
  • Entry tickets with pamphlets will be on sale from 10am on the day. (Sales Location: Nakano Sun Plaza 15F)
  • This number will be used to determine the order of entry into the venue, but it is not the order of entry itself.
  • Order of entry into the venue will be done decided by lottery draw.
  • Once you have purchased your pamphlet our staff will guide you to the queue.
    (During this time, Customers are free to move, but you may wait near the waiting line until 15:00.)
15:00 Queues Formed (14F)

Customers purchasing pamphlets after 3pm will be able to enter the venue after all of the groups have gone in.
A lottery draw number will not be distributed for purchases made after 15:00.

【Note】
On the day, the number of people entering and the time of entry will be changed.
Please understand that the number of people entering at one time and the time of entry will be determined according to the conditions of the day.

10:00～16:00 The Indy Sofubi Rally Venue Lottery Sofubi Sales Information

If you wish to participate in the lottery for the sale of Ginga Soto Deathboyle and Kaiju Sensha Aguiras, please be sure to tell the receptionist at the pamphlet sales desk that you wish to purchase a lottery ticket.
(Please note that one lottery ticket per person will not be distributed to customers who do not wish to receive one.)
Please be sure to tell the staff if you wish to participate in the lottery when you purchase the pamphlet.
Please note that we do not accept any lottery tickets after the purchase of the pamphlet.
No lottery tickets will be distributed after 16:00.
The winners will be announced by posting the winning numbers at the venue and lobby of The Indy Sofubi Rally.
The distribution of lottery tickets will end as soon as the number of prepared tickets is reached, even before 16:00.

【Note】
The purchase of the pamphlet is limited to one copy per person.
Each person can only participate in the drawing for the venue sofubi lottery.
Please follow the above rules strictly.
Please note that if you are found to be cheating, you will not be able to participate in the Creative Soft Vinyl Decisive Assembly or the Grand Man Festival in the future.
Hedorah sofubi will not be sold at The Indy Sofubi Rally, but in the 13th floor lobby.

Points to Note

  • Masks must be worn by all participants.
  • All participants will have their temperature checked (using a thermal camera or thermometer to ensure a smooth entrance).
  • All participants are requested to fill in their contact information either in advance or at the registration desk on the day of the event.
  • Alcohol disinfectant will be available at the venue. Please make sure to disinfect your hands before entering the venue.
  • If you have a fever or a cough, please do not force yourself to participate.
  • Please follow the etiquette for coughing and sneezing, such as holding your mouth with a handkerchief.
  • If you are wearing a mask and cannot do so, you may be asked to leave the room.
    (Due to the recent situation, it is mandatory for customers to wear masks.)
