How To Bid

・3 biddings will be used for this event.

1. Please fill out the sheet given at the event for "Item No.", "Bidder's name", "ID" and "No.1 - No.3 bidding price". Please write down the prices for all 3 sections, No.1 as your maximum price. (5% tax will be added to the final price if you are the winner)
2. Bidding price increments in 100 yens.
3. Please fold the sheet in half and put inside the box next to the display case.
4. Bidding retractions or price change is allowed for 1 time only. Please ask further information on how to do so at the event staff.
5. Final bidding will close at 15:00 PM.

・After all 3 sheets are being collected, bids will be opened in 2 separate times.
・Bids opening will be held at 16:00 PM and 16:30 PM accordingly.
・The result will be posted at the event.
・If the 2 or more same highest bids for the item are confirmed, the item will be won by the bidder with the higher 2nd bid.(if the 2nd bid are the same, 3rd bid will be taken into account, if 3rd bid happen to be the same, winner will determined with drawing lots)
・Won items can be paid at the cashier accordingly. (cash or credit card are accepted). Please have the ticket and the item number with you to pay for the item you won.
・If you would like to have the item shipped out, please consult to the event staff.

Atttention All Bidders

・We can not cancel winning bids.
・Please make sure to put the bidding sheet into the box for the display case which the actual item is in. Bid will not be accepted if put into the wrong box.
・Please complete the payment for winning items by 17:30.
